Join Denver-based, Aquarius Suns, Manifesting Generators, works-in-progress, and practical strangers Kelly and Kendle on their journeys of learning to love themselves, dismantling systems of oppression, and so much more as they have conversations with incredible guests and each other around self-love and how we can rise up together to rebuild our world in the Age of Aquarius.
We aim to empower, encourage, expand, and elevate you with each episode as we dive deep into vulnerable, intentional, and heart-based conversations. We are committed to leaving our world better than we found it and promise to listen, to change, to take responsibility for our actions, words, and privileges, and to learn from our mistakes. We know when we collectively fight against toxic conditioning, by consciously choosing to love and build each other up, the world will become a more accepting, nourishing and loving space that will serve everyone so take no offense, and please listen up.

We are Denver-based, Aquarius Suns, manifesting generators, and two strangers, yep, you heard that right, two strangers who were recently brought together through divine intervention to create No Offense, And - a nourishing space built to cultivate deep and challenging conversations and help people learn to love themselves as we learn to love ourselves.
Kelly: Here at No Offense, And, the limit does not exist. We have juicy conversations about real-life topics surrounding everyday life - sex, relationships, money, body image, manifesting and so, much more. We provide tools to cultivate self-love and add normalcy to situations where you feel alone and unseen. We encourage, inspire, and motivate during the highs and lows as we collectively shift into the Age of Aquarius. When we fight against toxic conditioning, by consciously choosing to love and build each other up, the world will become a more accepting, nourishing and loving space that will serve everyone. Kendle: Tune in every Monday for self-love Mondays where we give you an abundance of tools from self-care rituals, to breathwork exercises, to journal prompts, to mantra work. And Wednesdays where we have expansive conversations with unique guests who dive into their own self-love journeys covering topics such as spirituality, clairvoyance, addiction, equality, ego death and toxic conditioning. To vulnerable and deep-seated episodes with us where we take you through what is coming up in our self-love journeys, living in a world that wants us to be anything but what we are called to be, and the ins and outs of whats happening in our intimate worlds like how I learned about the hormones that stayed in my body after having an abortion,
